Return and Exchange Policy
Given that these products are dietary supplements destined to be consumed, in most cases, no exchanges or returns are possible through our website. For the safety of our customers, we will not accept any opened or unopened products back into our inventory.
We want to know if our products do not meet your expectations. Please get in touch with us here by e-mail (customercare@championplants.com) and include your order number, questions, or concerns.
Order Tracking
Once we receive your order, we process it as quickly as possible so that your product will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-2 days from the following Monday.
The order tracking information will be sent by email (copy of the payment receipt and delivery details).
Method of Shipment
United States (continental):
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 (including any promotional discounts). Primarily, we use USPS (when available) for delivery. The delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
International: Orders received from outside the United States may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Champion Plants has no control over these fees, and they will be billed upon delivery or in some cases customers may be required to pay fees directly to their
relevant customs agencies. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
